Uplift Family Dentistry operates in-network with Delta Dental Premier and out-of-network with all other insurance companies. By being out-of-network, we find that this allows us and our patients the benefit of the best level of oral health care without restrictions.
We encourage current and potential patients to inquire about how your insurance may still provide you with excellent benefits at our office. Karen will be happy to assist you!
Membership Plan
Patients without Insurance
Uplift Family Dentistry is pleased to offer a Membership Plan for patients without insurance to reduce the burden of self-funded dental care. We have plans for adults and youth which include all exams, radiographs and fluoride varnish, 15%-35% savings on all cleanings and treatments, as well as a charitable donation to the featured local non-profit.
